2 (4 oz,) skinned, boneless chicken breast halves

1 1/2 tabl. lime juice

1/2 tsp. chili powder

1/4 tsp. ground cumin

1/8 tsp. sea salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

cooking spray



2 cups romaine lettuce, shredded

1/2 cup tomato, chopped

2 tabl. green onion tops, chopped

1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

2 tabl. sour cream

1/4 cup chunky salsa




Place chicken in a shallow dish.  Combine lime juice, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper; pour over chicken, turning to coat.  Cover chicken and marinate in the refrigerate for 45 minutes or longer.  Put cooking spray in skillet; add marinated chicken and cook until done. Prepare plate with lettuce and next 5 ingredients; top with cooked chicken. Enjoy!!
