2 tabl. butter

1 medium onion, thin slices

1 (10 oz.) pkg, whole green beans, frozen

1 (6 oz.) can whole mushrooms


1 tabl. cormstarch

1/2 tsp. sea salt

1/8 tsp. pepper

1 cup chicken broth

2 tabl. soy sauce


2 cups cabbage, shredded

2 cups cooked chicken, cubed

1 (8 oz.) pkg. noodles

1 green onion, cut up (garnish)


Boil water for noodles and prepare as label directs. In a large skillet melt butter, then saute onion till golden brown, add beans and mushroom.


In small bowl combine cornstarch, salt, pepper, soy sauce, and chicken broth; stir till smooth. Pour over veggies in skillet, simmer 10 minutes. Add cabbage and chicken and simmer, covered, for 8-10 minutes. Arrange cooked noodles around edge of a large platter; heap chicken and veggie mix in the center.


Garnish with green onions. (optional)
