1-1/2 cups finely crusthed chocolate wafers (30 wafers)

6 tbsp. butter, melted

1- 7 oz. jar Marshmallow Creme

1/2 tsp. mint extract

Few drops green food coloring

3/4 cup miniature semiswwet chocolate pieces

2 cups whipping cream


In a medium size bowl combine crushed wafers and butter. Press mixture into a 9 x 11 inch plastic freezable container.  In a medium mixing bowl beat the marshmallow creme, mint extract, and green food coloring with an electric mixer on medium speed till smooth. Fold in 1/2 cup of semiswwet chocolate pieces.  In a small mixing bowl whip cream till soft peaks form; fold into marshmallow creme mixture. Spread over crust. Sprinkle remaining semiswwet chocolate pieces over dessert.  Apply cover seal and freeze at least 6 hours.


At serving time, remove from freezer and let stand for 10-15 minutes. For easy serving, place warm moist cloth on the bottom of plastic container. Cut the squares with a table knife by applying light pressure.  Makes 8 servings.
