1/2 cup chicken broth

1 onion, thinly sliced

1 carrot, thinly sliced

1 cup broccoli florets

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/2 cup red bell pepper strips (1/2 medium)

1 tabl. white wine vinegar

1/4 tsp. sea salt

1/4 tsp. crushed hot pepper flakes


In a wok or large skillet, heat chicken broth over medium heat. Add onion, carrot, and broccoli, Cook, tossing occasionally, 5 minutes. Add cabbage, bell pepper, vinegar, salt, and hot pepper flakes. Cook, tossing frequently, 5 minutes longer
