1/4 cup spicy mixed-vegetable juice (V-8)

2 tabl. chili sauce

1 tabl.horseradish, drained

2 tsp. red-wine vinegar

1 tap. dijon-style mustard

1 garlic clove, crushed

1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts

non-stick cooking spray


To prepare sauce, combine juice, chili sauce, molasses, horseradish, vinegar, mustard, and garlic in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Remove from heat and set aside.

Grill chicken 20-25 minutes on pre-sprayed rack, turning occasionally, and brushing with sauce the last few minutes. Cook until juices run clear when meat is pricked with a fork.
