4-5 large potatoes, sliced thin

1 can cheddar cheese soup

1 tsp. fine sea salt

2 tbsp. butter

1/4 tsp. pepper



Add thin sliced potatoes to water and bring to boil. Drain. In a 9 x 13 inch baking dish; alternate layers of potatoes with cheddar cheese soup, salt, butter and pepper. Pour enough milk over potatoes, cheese mixture until milk stands 1 inch in bottom of baking dish. Cover with lid or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutea.
