1 cup peanut butter, chunky style

2 cups nonfat dry powdered milk

1/2 cup grated raw carrots

1/4 cup lecithin granules ( can use wheat germ)

1 cup honey

1/2 cup raisins

1 cup dry quick or old fashioned oatmeal  (add more if too moist)


Mix together well.  Shape into small balls and roll in dry shredded coconut.  Wrap individually in small bits of plastic wrap to store. These are great for hiking food or between meal snacks for kids!!
