1 large can of tuna

2 cups of oatmeal

1/2 cup onion, chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1/4 cup plain yogurt

1/2 cup bbq sauce

1 egg, beaten

1 tsp. salt

1-2 tabl. olive oil (for frying)


Mix all ingredients together well.  Form into patties. Fry in olive oil until crisp on both sides (4-5 minutes). Serve as a sandwich or with other side dishes.
