  1. Combine the boiled rice, flour, well-beaten eggs, and baking soda in a mixing bowl.

  2. Add enough milk to bring the batter to the proper waffle consistency.

RICE WAFFLES.

One cup boiled rice, 3 cups flour, 3 eggs well beaten, i teaspoon
soda, milk enough to make it proper consistency. Bake in very hot,
well-greased waffle irons.
